At Innovative Builders Inc. we specialize in market-rate and low-income mixed-use and renovation housing projects large and small. Innovative Builders Inc. first began operations with renovations and have extensive experience in remodeling and restoring existing structures both occupied and unoccupied. To be successful with these types of projects it's imperative to have regular communication with ownership, property management, and design teams regarding progress, safety of occupants, and any unforeseen conditions. Sometimes requiring daily or even hourly photos and conversations, our construction teams work hard to mitigate costs along the way.
We've had the privilege of building everything from a Bakery, Coffee shops, Banks, Dental Offices, and even a 18,000 sq./ft. Farm and market space. We'd like to partner with you on your next T.I. project and make the most out of your limited space. Our team has years of experience working through just about any condition or challenge to achieve the intended final product for our customers . We have great relationships with many of the local jurisdictions and seasoned knowledge of current building codes to help with your project as we go along. In partnership with local design teams over the past 30 years we're privileged to have built several award winning Fire stations, Schools, Medical facilities including MRI, waterfront park remediation, and other public works projects.
